Tiger Lane and the new North Quarter at the Canberra Centre represents a new and one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor dining precinct for the city. The project scope encompasses a new basement carpark entry, circulation arcade linking Bunda Street and Scotts Crossing to Narellan Street and over 2000m2 of new and renovated hospitality venues.

Scotts Crossing has been pedestrianised with a new high level ETFE roof for year weather protection for enhanced external dining, while Bunda Street has a new timber, glass and concrete covered licensed seating areas. The existing building has been revamped with new double height entries and new façades of moody charcoal brick and black framed glazing.

Internally, the main arcade has been completely refurbished with a new marble crazy paving floor, tinted concrete dwell zones, lush, high-level greenery and bespoke customised lighting. Along with a new parent’s room and amenities, the venue has been developed as an all-round entertainment and dining experience.
