Vlasta Jeftic

Vlasta is a committed and conscientious professional, with experience in design, construction and management of large-scale public, commercial and residential projects. She has successfully led and managed diverse consultant teams, in Australia and Internationally. Following her private sector architectural experience in both Australia and Europe, Vlasta worked as a design leader and project manager for United Nations in South Sudan, delivering infrastructure and residential projects in challenging environments. Through this opportunity she refined her skills in complex stakeholder engagement and contract administration.

Vlasta is passionate about sustainable high-quality design and architecture, she currently holds certification in Project Management and is a Greenstar Certified Professional. The experience gained while attaining these certifications forms the foundations for delivering sustainable large-scale development, in time and to budget. She brings a real focus on delivering projects beyond client and public expectations to the Mather architecture team.
